Position Overview:

We are currently seeking HVAC Technician Apprentices who are dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. No prior experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals with a basic understanding of HVAC systems and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

Learn the proper skills in order to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of HVAC systems and equipment

Provide high-level customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

Maintain excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather conditions

Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is a plus!

High level of customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on holidays

Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather conditions

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug screening
