Position Description:
The CAM Programmer serves as the primary point of intake for all customer orders. They process customer orders based on cut sheets and verbal requests for custom HVAC sheet metal manufacturing. This includes inputting orders into production software, uploading into ERP and creating order instructions for Shop. The CAM Programmer ensures that duct construction methods meet customer specifications and industry standards. Customer communication is a key component to success in this role. This position is also responsible for daily production scheduling under the supervision of Director of Operations.
