At Crystal Clean Vents, we’re not your average air duct cleaning company. We show up clean, work hard, and treat our customers like gold. If you're honest, mechanically inclined, and not afraid to break a sweat—keep reading.

We’re growing fast and looking for a full-time technician to join our crew. You’ll be cleaning air duct systems in both homes and businesses. You’ll start under the wing of a lead tech and, if you’ve got the drive, grow into a leadership role.

⚠️ Bonus points if you already have HVAC or air duct cleaning experience. 🔥 Extra bonus points if you’re not afraid of ladders, tight spaces, or a little dust.

The Job:

Monday–Friday (because weekends are for pizza and naps—unless we’re slammed)

Occasional travel for out-of-town commercial jobs

Occasional overtime during busy seasons

Opportunity to move up for those who step up

You Must Be:

Honest, punctual, and allergic to laziness

Great with tools and able to follow directions (YouTube DIYers welcome)

Comfortable talking with customers—you’ll be the face of the company out there

Clean and presentable (if your mom wouldn’t let you leave the house looking like that, we won’t either)

Able to lift things, crawl in things, and sometimes climb things

Ready to work like an adult (we’re fun, but not babysitters)

Requirements:

Driver’s license

Able to pass a background check and drug test

English fluency

HVAC experience is a huge plus, but not required
