Your Mission
Consult & Close: Manage company-furnished leads and self-generate new business to provide premium residential HVAC solutions.
Marketing Activities: Participate in and develop marketing activities to propagate the company name in the local area, generating new leads and organic calls.
Design Solutions: Perform in-home assessments to accurately design, quote, and propose custom heating and cooling systems.
Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact from the initial proposal to the final installation, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Technical Partnership: Collaborate with HVAC specialists by providing accurate quotes, writing contracts, and designing system layouts.
Customer Education: Empower homeowners by explaining the features, operation, and maintenance of their new home comfort equipment.
