About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Comfort Advisor to run company-provided leads and close residential HVAC system sales.

This is an in-home sales role. You will meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and present solutions for heating and cooling systems. Compensation

$1,000/week base + commission

Typical earnings: $80,000–$90,000+ per year

Top performers earn more

Responsibilities

Run pre-qualified, company-provided leads

Present HVAC system options to homeowners

Close sales and complete paperwork

Maintain a professional and consultative sales approach

Follow up with customers as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Sales experience preferred (HVAC a plus, not required)

Ability to close deals and work independently

Driven, goal-oriented mindset
