We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VAVs, and chillers

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Accurately document work completed and communicate findings to customers

Ensure compliance with company policies, local codes, and safety standards

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

Work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks

Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

Valid EPA Universal Certification

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

HVAC trade school or technical training certification

Experience with building automation systems (BAS)

OSHA 10 or 30 certification
