HVAC Controls Service Manager - Mechanical Servicing - Base Salary to 130k/year - Richland, WA

• Our client is a well-established mechanical services company with over 100 years in business that continues to grow rapidly. They are seeking an HVAC Controls Service Manager (internally titled Regional BAS Service Manager) to lead their regional BAS service team, contracts, and projects, primarily within mission-critical environments. This is an office-based role in Richland, WA with occasional site travel.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for BMS service across Data Centers and key regional accounts in Eastern WA and Northeast OR
• Oversee multiple service contracts and projects, including financial tracking and invoicing
• Coordinate technicians and ensure compliance in critical, high-security environments • Lead and develop a team of 6+ Service Specialists and Technicians
• Collaborate with regional Deployment, Engineering, and Critical Projects teams
• Own and manage the Service team’s P&L
• Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed in high-security environments

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• 3+ years of controls experience
• Prior team leadership experience
• Strong P&L understanding
• Experience with controls systems such as Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.
  

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 100k - 130k/year range (flexible dependent on experience)
