    HVAC Service Coordinator – 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday)

    Location: Asheville, North Carolina

In this essential role, you'll be responsible for customer service, technician dispatching, service call scheduling , and overall workflow coordination.     Key Responsibilities

    As the HVAC Service Coordinator, you will:

    • Answer and manage inbound HVAC service calls and provide excellent customer support
    • Coordinate and schedule HVAC service technicians for residential and commercial clients
    • Dispatch technicians promptly and efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
    • Serve as the communication hub between customers, HVAC technicians , and internal office staff
    • Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure prompt and professional service delivery
    • Maintain accurate service records and schedules using dispatch software and Microsoft Office tools

    Qualifications

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Valid North Carolina driver’s license
    • Must be able to pass a drug screening

    Preferred: Prior experience in an HVAC coordinator , dispatch , plumbing service scheduling , or field service coordination role is highly desired.
