    We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls to schedule HVAC services, make outbound calls to fill our 3-day call board—including reaching out to past customers and new ones—provide schedule update calls throughout the day, and proactively connect with our Best Air Service Club members through happy calls and outreach.

    This position is primarily part-time (approximately 30 hours per week), working 8am–3pm, Monday–Friday in person at our office right off the square in Covington, GA, with the potential for full-time hours depending on experience and fit.

    Responsibilities:

    • Book service and sales calls in alignment with Company policies and service standards
    • Make proactive outbound calls daily to help fill the 3-day call board and maximize scheduling efficiency
    • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
    • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
    • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
    • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
    • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
    • Maintaining Service Titan: Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or business administration is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
    • Proven ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, persistence, and a solutions-oriented approach.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively, build rapport, and convey information clearly.
