To help continue this tradition, we are hiring a dispatcher to join our team of experienced technicians and provide outstanding customer service. Our dispatcher will be responsible for managing client appointments, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and tracking technicians' job progress throughout the day. HVAC experience is not necessary as we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and on time. HVAC would be a huge plus!     Requirements  High School diploma or equivalent  Minimum 3 year of office-based customer service experience  Experience with a multi-line phone system  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Gmail  Willingness to learn ServiceTitan (huge plus) and other HVAC software  Outstanding interpersonal skills & a positive, team-oriented attitude  Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism  HVAC industry knowledge is a plus but not required

    Job Description & Responsibilities  Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system; transfer inquiries appropriately  Accurately convey information about our services and gather customer details (including lead source)  Schedule all service calls and APC/CMA appointments in Service Titan  Verify technician checkout, email addresses, payments, equipment availability, and job summaries

     Ensure filters, belts, and other parts for APC/CMA visits are stocked in shop ahead of appointments  Maintain daily timesheets and submit by Wednesday midday  Order office supplies and coordinate Sam’s Club orders for water and snacks  Sort incoming mail; forward payments and invoices to the Office Manager  Participate in ongoing training for professional development  Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management

    Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Negotiable)
