Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate service calls for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams. This role is critical in ensuring efficient scheduling, timely response, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls

Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed

Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates

Monitor technician progress and provide real-time support

Handle incoming calls, service requests, and emergency dispatches

Maintain accurate records of jobs, invoices, and customer interactions

Work closely with field technicians and management to optimize operations

Qualifications:

Previous dispatching or customer service experience (preferred in HVAC/plumbing/electrical)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with dispatch software and basic computer skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
