This position's primary responsibility is to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for HVAC new construction projects.

Job Requirements:

• Residential design & estimating

• Capable of producing Energy Calculations using Energy Gauge and Load Calculations using Wrightsoft

• Auto CAD experience helpful

• Familiar with Excel software

• Attention to detail

• Team player

• Great organizational skills

• Dependable and punctual

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
