HVAC Estimator | Public Works | Redlands, CA

ParkerBeth Search Partners is hiring an HVAC Estimator for one of our trusted construction clients in the Inland Empire. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with a tight-knit company known for its longevity, team culture, and consistent pipeline of public sector HVAC projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Estimate and bid HVAC replacement and retrofit jobs

• Prepare accurate takeoffs, labor forecasts, and material costs

• Work closely with project managers to turn over winning bids

• Attend site walks and compile sub/vendor quotes

• Focus exclusively on estimating—not sales or BD

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years HVAC estimating or field experience

• Knowledge of public works bidding standards (city, county, or state)

• Familiarity with union labor allocations

• Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and ideally AutoBid

• Ability to work onsite in Redlands, CA Monday–Friday
