    TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the leading Commercial & Industrial HVAC Manufacturers Representatives within Illinois. Our client is very well established, being established in the area for decades with many long-term established clients.

    We're looking for a new HVAC Estimator to join their growing team.

    This role offers the opportunity to work alongside engineers, architects, contractors, and industry professionals while developing expertise in HVAC systems and products.     What You'll Do

    As an HVAC Estimator, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team by delivering accurate estimates and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for HVAC projects.
    • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete and accurate project pricing.
    • Organizing and maintaining project documentation and estimate files.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
    • Providing technical guidance and product recommendations to help customers select the best solutions.
    • Developing a strong understanding of our HVAC product offerings, applications, and capabilities.

    Additional Responsibilities

    Depending on project needs, you may also:

    • Prepare equipment submittals and process customer orders.
    • Coordinate order releases and track project deliveries.
    • Communicate shipping updates and assist with expediting orders when necessary.
    • Support warranty claims, shipping issues, and customer service requests.
    • Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

    What We're Looking For

    Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

    • Experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry.
    • Degree or diploma in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Understanding of HVAC systems and their applications.
    • Experience providing technical support, estimating, sales support, or customer service.
    • Strong computer skills and comfort learning web-based software.
