    Job Summary:

    The HVAC Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing HVAC installation projects in the field. This position ensures that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and applicable codes. The supervisor will manage installation crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality control, and act as the primary liaison between the builder, customer, field, and the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and service crews on job sites.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and code requirements.
    • Monitor job site safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and conduct safety briefings.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
    • Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians
    • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
    • Communicate project and issues to Project Managers and upper management.
    • Manage field materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and accountability.
    • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Complete and review job documentation, including time sheets, job reports, and change orders.
    • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews of HVAC field personnel.
    • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including supervisory roles.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and local building codes.
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to use field management software and mobile devices.

    Working Conditions:

    • Work performed in a variety of environments, including construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor settings.
    • Will require travel to multiple job sites. Some overnight travel
    • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.

    Salary Range: Starting at $50,000 yearly (Based on experience and skill set).
