    Region-leading, full-service HVAC contractor with 30+ years in business. Stable backlog. On-site role based in Shawnee, KS serving the Kansas City metro. Full-time. $36–$45 per hour base pay.

    Key Responsibilities – HVAC Foreman - Commercial & Refrigeration - Shawnee, KS

    • Lead field crews on commercial HVAC projects per plan and code.
    • Plan daily work, stage materials, enforce site safety and quality.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and submittals.
    • Verify airflow setup and basic air balancing.
    • Oversee RTUs, splits, VRF, boilers, chillers, exhaust/makeup air, refrigeration.
    • Coordinate with GC, subs, and customers; provide progress updates and closeout docs.
    • Train and mentor technicians; model professional customer service.
    • Make repair/replace recommendations and document work.

    Qualifications – HVAC Foreman - Commercial & Refrigeration - Shawnee, KS.

    • 5+ years running commercial HVAC projects as a lead or foreman.
    • Universal EPA Section 608 certification (or obtained before start).
    • Proficiency with blueprints and wiring diagrams; strong troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing principles.
    • High attention to detail; reliable communication; safe work habits.

    Preferred Qualifications – HVAC Foreman - Commercial & Refrigeration - Shawnee, KS.

    • Refrigeration background; ice machines and line sets.
    • Experience with RTUs, split systems, VRF, boilers, chillers, exhaust/makeup air, cooking equipment.
    • NATE certifications; Master Mechanical license preferred.
    • TAB fundamentals or prior balancing experience.
