About the Role:

Atlantic Shore Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer and Service Technician to join their team in Brick, NJ! Responsibilities:

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC systems

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications

Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions

Maintain accurate service records and document work performed on each job

Requirements:

Prior experience in HVAC installation and/or service and repair

EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required

Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
