Our HVAC Apprentices typically earn between $55,000 to north of $90,000 per year. Base hourly rate is $17-$22/hr based on experience. + install bonuses. We pay "flat rate" for installs.

JOB DUTIES Highly skilled technician who demonstrates expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.

Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field

Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection

Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring

Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles

Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently

Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results

COMPENSATION

$17 – $22/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)

Total Comp: $55K–$90K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
