    Overview

    Synairgy Mechanical is hiring an HVAC Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling, dispatching, and project coordination for our installation team. This role is critical to keeping jobs on track, customers informed, and crews running efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Schedule and dispatch HVAC installation jobs efficiently

    Coordinate daily with technicians, sales team, and customers

    Communicate job status updates and ensure a smooth customer experience

    Track installation progress, timelines, and job completion

    Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate records

    Manage installation inventory and material availability

    Troubleshoot scheduling or job-related issues quickly

    Support onboarding and training of new team members

    Assist with Quality Control

    Qualifications

    Experience in dispatching, scheduling, project coordination, or construction/HVAC office roles preferred

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Excellent communication and customer service abilities

    Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling/project software

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Pay & Benefits

    $42,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience)

    Weekly pay with optional direct deposit
