Schedule / Expected Work Hours

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed for project completion.

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll install, maintain, and repair commercial systems while representing the professionalism our clients expect. Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems

Wire low-voltage connections for heating and cooling equipment

Install refrigerant lines; perform brazing, soldering, or pressing

Connect gas lines and verify safe operation of systems

Read blueprints and pre-measure materials for installation

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control issues

Complete service/start-up reports and documentation

Mentor and train HVAC apprentices or helpers

Qualifications

3–5 years of HVAC installation or service experience

Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

EPA & OSHA certification required

Preferred: NH Gas, MA Sheet Metal, or MA Refrigeration license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights safely
