    Job Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance. Working with Rangers Core Values and Mission Statement in mind every day.

    Responsibilities: | Basic diagnostics on all HVAC equipment Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication and installation. Including how to install duct work, create sheet metal transitions, bend and braze lineset. Proficient at residential, RNC, and light commercial installations Advanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings. Gas pipe design and installation Minimal/No Call-backs on Installation Related Items Proficient with checklist accuracy, job debriefs and any paperwork need to complete the installations. | Operate company vehicle daily Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner. Supervise and be responsible for other installers Report problems with company tools or vehicle promptly. Work well with customers, co-workers and subcontractors Work staggered schedule if required. Lead and work a job from start to finish without supervision Qualifications:

    Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education

    Valid Drivers License

    EPA Certification

    Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems

    Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 100 pounds
