HVAC Installation Mechanic
Join PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as an HVAC Installation Mechanic earning up to $125K annually, where you’ll perform quality installations and help homeowners make informed decisions. You’ll work with HVAC systems, water heaters, and indoor air quality installations while ensuring clear communication and workmanship.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HVAC or related install experience and a solid grasp of IAQ systems and best installation practices. You must be dependable, hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and be committed to delivering high-quality work.

Position Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
1-2 years of experience in HVAC install, insulation, duct cleaning, or aeroseal.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems installation including indoor air quality, ERVs, dehumidifiers, HEPA systems preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Position Responsibilities: As an HVAC Installation Mechanic, you'll guide clients in making informed decisions and repairs for their homes. Your expertise will encompass:
Installation and repairs of HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories
Installation of Water heaters
Installation of Indoor Air Quality items
Provide excellent communication to clients by answering and explaining installation items
Filling out invoices, entering equipment information, and registering used parts and materials
