What You’ll Do

Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, IAQ)

Run service calls, diagnose issues, and present repair/replacement options

Perform system startups, commissioning, and quality assurance

Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with our brand standards

Educate homeowners on comfort solutions, maintenance, and upgrades

Use ServiceTitan to document work, estimates, and customer interactions

Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of HVAC experience (install + service strongly preferred)

Strong diagnostic skills (not a parts changer)

EPA Certification (required)

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Ability to perform in a performance-driven, KPI-based environment

Professional appearance and communication in customers’ homes

Bonus Points If You Have

NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience with high-efficiency systems, zoning, or IAQ

Proven ability to generate revenue through service calls
