We are a residential HVAC and refrigeration company based in Livonia, MI seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. If you have hands-on installation experience, take pride in clean, quality work, and want to grow with a solid company, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do:

Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers

Replace existing systems and perform full system change-outs

Run line sets, ductwork modifications, flue piping, and gas piping as needed

Set and connect condensers, coils, and indoor equipment

Ensure all installations meet code and manufacturer specifications

Start up systems and verify proper operation

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Communicate with homeowners as needed during installs

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of HVAC installation experience

Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and install procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Basic sheet metal and ductwork skills preferred

EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
