Position Overview
TSC Air is seeking a motivated and reliable HVAC Installer Level 3 to support the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Core Duties
- Assist with removal of existing HVAC systems and equipment
- Support installation of new HVAC systems and components
- Cut and install ductwork, including sheet metal plenums
- Assemble and install HVAC equipment
- Lift and position equipment, including attic installations
- Assist with wiring thermostats and HVAC systems
- Support refrigerant handling including evacuation, charging, and pressure checks
- Assist with pulling vacuum on line sets and flushing systems
- Run basic electrical components as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic proficiency with hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn soldering and welding techniques
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs overhead
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve a minimum of 20 five-star customer reviews per quarter
- Complete installations within targeted 8-hour timeframe
- Maintain zero callbacks on completed installs
- Obtain EPA certification if not already certified
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience and certifications

Work Schedule
- 40 to 60 hours per week during peak summer season
- 30 to 40 hours per week during off-season
