JOB SUMMARY

This position will be an installer working as part of an install team to provide excellent customer service, exceptional workmanship and accurate HVAC system installs in a residential and light commercial setting. Good customer service focus and communication skills are required.

JOB DUTIES

● Perform HVAC system replacement and installs ● Perform HVAC system start up and obtain customer approval ● Problem solve when issues arise

● Perform seamlessly as a team to provide complete customer satisfaction

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Must have 3+ years prior, successful experience as an installer in the HVAC industry

● NATE certification preferred

● Must display strong communication skills and technical competence

● Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen

● Clean driving record
