    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This role requires technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and strong customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, in compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

    • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure proper installation.

    • Perform all necessary electrical and mechanical work, including low-voltage and line-voltage wiring and connecting gas/refrigerant lines.

    • Conduct system startups, testing, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

    • Document all work performed, including time spent, parts used, and any required paperwork.

    • Inspect job sites, prepare necessary materials, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

    • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the installation process and instructing them on system operation and maintenance.

    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.

    • Valid state HVAC technician license (where applicable).

    • EPA Section 608 Certification to handle refrigerants.

    • Thorough understanding of HVAC installation procedures, safety regulations, and building codes.

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

    • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and withstand varying temperatures.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • NATE certification.

    • Experience with smart HVAC systems or energy-efficient solutions.

    • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
