Position Summary - Residential HVAC Installer:

Our client expects their HVAC Installers to run jobs with a tactful approach focused on balancing efficiency and quality, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Projects will be centered around installing a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.

Qualifications - Residential HVAC Installer:

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Trade-school, Associate’s, and Bachelor’s degrees are always preferred
• 5+ years of experience running residential HVAC installation projects independently or with a team
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Refrigeration installation and service experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge or expertise with air balancing principles and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Knowledge or expertise with basic sheet metal practices
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Advanced customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Universal EPA Certification
• NATE certifications preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
