About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer / Lead Installer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for an experienced HVAC professional who can take charge of residential and light commercial installation projects, mentor apprentices, and ensure every system is installed with top quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC system installations for residential and commercial customers

Supervise apprentices or junior installers

Ensure all installations meet code and company standards

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Maintain accurate job records and complete required paperwork

Qualifications

1+ years HVAC installation experience required

Ability to lead a team and train apprentices

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
