Mullen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is hiring a skilled HVAC Installer to complete system installations efficiently, accurately, and to company standards. This role is ideal for an installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with installation leadership, warehouse staff, and apprentices to deliver high‑quality installations while maintaining a professional presence on every job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately

• Work closely with the Installation Manager, Warehouse Manager, and apprentices to complete jobs on time and within budget

• Ensure jobs are properly staged and completed according to quality standards

• Sign off on job quality checklists and installation documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Maintain a well‑stocked and organized company vehicle

• Coordinate with customer service and dispatch to support smooth job execution

• Establish professional rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction

• Represent the company professionally to encourage referrals and repeat business

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally following company guidelines

• Accurately complete invoices, timecards, feedback forms, and required paperwork

• Participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and vendor‑led technical training

• Train and mentor installation apprentices to ensure timely, high‑quality installations

Qualifications

• EPA Certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes

• West Virginia HVAC Technician License

• Proven experience installing heating and cooling systems

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings; draw simple system diagrams as needed

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow‑through

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• High integrity and professionalism

• Strong desire to continuously improve technical skills

• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to contribute independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full‑time, year‑round position
• Rotating on‑call schedule (not constant)
• Work performed at customer and job sites within the service area
