Primary Job Responsibilities Install HVAC Systems Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems, and accessories according to company and manufacturer standards. Perform Ductwork and Fabrication Design, fabricate, and install duct systems and fittings as required for each job. Execute System Start-Ups and Limited Diagnostics Start up new systems and perform basic diagnostics to ensure functionality. Maintain Clean Work Areas Use floor savers, drop cloths, and inspect the work area for cleanliness upon job completion. Complete Accurate Job Documentation Fill out installation forms detailing tasks performed and materials used for records and quality tracking. Communicate with Customers Address questions, concerns, and explain the installation process in a courteous and professional manner. Handle Equipment and Vehicle Responsibilities Deliver and remove equipment, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking and part returns. Train Apprentices Instruct apprentices on proper installation practices, tools usage, system testing, wiring, and IAQ product setup. Follow Safety and Brand Standards Wear approved uniform, follow safety policies, and adhere to One Hour’s standards of ethics and professionalism. Participate in Training Attend all company-sponsored training sessions to stay current on techniques, safety practices, and system updates.
