Position Overview

The Full-Time HVAC Installer will be responsible for residential system installations, equipment change-outs, and supporting the installation team on full system replacements.

This role is focused primarily on installations (not service-heavy), making it ideal for installers who enjoy build-outs, precision work, and clean mechanical setups.

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems including:

Furnaces

Air Conditioners

Heat Pumps

Boilers

Ductless Systems

Complete equipment change-outs and full system installations

Fabricate and modify ductwork as needed

Follow manufacturer specifications and local mechanical codes

Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites

Properly start up and test systems after installation

Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members

Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times

Requirements

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to read installation manuals and basic wiring diagrams

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

EPA Certification (required)

Own basic hand tools

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and rooftops
