• Installing residential heating and cooling systems (heat pumps, AC, gas furnaces, ductwork)
• Working directly with homeowners and keeping them comfortable through the process
• Hitting a clean install every time, no shortcuts

Who We're Looking For:

You care about your work. You don't leave a messy job site. You can talk to a homeowner without making them nervous, and you show up when you say you will.

Beyond that:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime when the work is there
• Must pass a background check and drug test
