About the Role:

Ultimate Comfort Inc is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC! Responsibilities:

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system layout

Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and ductwork to new and replacement systems

Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation

Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines

Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations

Communicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred

EPA 608 Certification required

Working knowledge of ductwork fabrication, refrigerant systems, and electrical connections

Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude
