We are seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician at the Journeyman level (license preferred) to join our growing team. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings.

The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, is safety-conscious, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. A Journeyman license is a plus but not required—we’re looking for motivated technicians ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.

Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections

Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

Ensure all work meets applicable codes and safety standards

Maintain accurate documentation and service records

Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service
