Lead HVAC Installer – Residential & Light Commercial Salt Lake City, UT $40–$50/hr DOE + Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Salt Lake City. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a professional and high-quality service environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise installation teams on residential & light commercial projects

Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC installations to industry and company standards

Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers

Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality workmanship

Maintain accurate job records and documentation

Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements

Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC installation experience, with leadership responsibilities

EPA Certification (required)

RMGA Certification (preferred)

Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation and layout

Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver's license & clean driving record
