One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Springfield is looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in high-quality work, lead by example, and want to work for a company that respects your time and talent, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish

Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ products

Mentor and train apprentice and junior installers

Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code

Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles

Deliver the “Always On Time… Or You Don’t Pay a Dime!®” customer experience

Qualifications

Required

3+ years residential HVAC installation experience

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Strong leadership and communication skills

EPA Certification

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces

Strong troubleshooting and installation knowledge

Preferred

Experience leading installation crews

Knowledge of HVAC codes and best practices
