Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime/on-call available)

What You’ll Do

Lead and complete residential & light commercial installations

Install boilers, split cooling & heat pump systems, furnaces, and ductless systems

Work with distribution and control systems

Manage job sites and coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project

Qualifications

7+ years of HVAC/R installation experience (preferred)

EPA 1, 2, 3 Certification (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Skilled in brazing, soldering, wiring schematics, and blueprints

Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work on rooftops/ladders

Professional, reliable, and strong communicator
