Are you an experienced HVAC Installer looking for steady work, great pay, and a company that values quality workmanship?

What You will Do:

✅ Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, mini-splits and ductwork

✅ Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards

✅ Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional worksite

✅ Communicate with customers and office staff regarding job progress

✅ Maintain proper installation documentation and photos using Service Titan

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years HVAC installation experience as Lead Installer

✔ Valid driver's license and clean driving record

✔ EPA Certification

✔ Professional appearance and customer service skills

✔ Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
