We are a small, busy, family owned shop located in Lakeville with an opening for a residential Lead HVAC Installer.

Preferred candidates would have a minimum of 3+ years as a lead! Boiler experience a plus.

We offer: No weekends; 4 - 10hr days; No on-call; 5 Paid Holidays; Yearly Bonus; Paid Vacation Time; Time and a half paid for time worked over 40 hours and over 10 hours a day, 401k, and Medical.

The ideal candidate would be reliable, honest, knowledgeable, motivated.

Days begin and end in Lakeville and we cover mainly the south metro. You must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
