    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and perform installations of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

    Accurately interpret and implement installation plans and blueprints

    Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards

    Mentor and support junior technicians to promote skill development and team growth

    Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and customer expectations

    Maintain a clean, organized work environment and vehicle

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation

    EPA Certification required; NATE Certification is a strong plus

    Solid understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and safety procedures

    Proven leadership and communication skills
