We are an up-and-coming HVAC company based in Seattle, WA, driven to provide top-tier service and innovative HVAC solutions to our clients. As a startup, we’re looking for a hands-on Lead Technician to join our team, help us scale, and establish our brand as a leader in the industry. This is a direct path to the Operations Manager role as we grow.
Required Qualifications:
Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience
Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred), WA Electrical License 06A (required), and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred)
Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record

Job Responsibilities:
We're seeking a seasoned HVAC Lead Technician/Operations Manager—someone who can lead from the field and oversee backend operations
This is a hybrid role combining hands-on HVAC technical work with operations leadership (dispatch, logistics, inventory, training, scheduling, and customer success)
You’ll report directly to the Owner and help scale the business from the ground up
Oversee daily field operations and technician dispatching
Perform advanced diagnostics and complex residential HVAC service and installations
Manage inventory, parts orders, fleet, tools, and job costing
Mentor junior techs and enforce safety and quality standards
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team training
Work with software systems (ServiceTitan or similar)
Track KPIs and support strategic business decisions
Job Type: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year
