As a startup, we’re looking for a hands-on Lead Technician to join our team, help us scale, and establish our brand as a leader in the industry. This is a direct path to the Operations Manager role as we grow.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience

    • Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred), WA Electrical License 06A (required), and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred)

    • Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record

    Job Responsibilities:

    • We're seeking a seasoned HVAC Lead Technician/Operations Manager—someone who can lead from the field and oversee backend operations

    • This is a hybrid role combining hands-on HVAC technical work with operations leadership (dispatch, logistics, inventory, training, scheduling, and customer success)

    • You’ll report directly to the Owner and help scale the business from the ground up

    • Oversee daily field operations and technician dispatching

    • Perform advanced diagnostics and complex residential HVAC service and installations

    • Manage inventory, parts orders, fleet, tools, and job costing

    • Mentor junior techs and enforce safety and quality standards

    • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team training

    • Work with software systems (ServiceTitan or similar)

    • Track KPIs and support strategic business decisions

    Job Type: Full-time, Commission

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year
