Responsibilities:

Act as the licensed qualifier for the company, ensuring compliance with Texas state regulations.

Maintain active and good standing status

Assist with permitting, licensing renewals, and regulatory compliance as needed.

Provide guidance on industry best practices, safety standards, and code compliance.

Potential for additional consulting or advisory responsibilities based on agreement.

Requirements:

Active Texas HVAC Class B License.

Must meet all state requirements to serve as a qualifying agent.

Ability to sign off on permits and licensing documents.
