    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems, helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems (ACs, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.)

    Inspect, clean, and adjust components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

    Identify worn or faulty parts and communicate repair recommendations to customers

    Keep homeowners informed and educated on their system’s condition, performance, and energy-saving tips

    Accurately complete maintenance forms, service records, and customer notes

    Maintain a clean and stocked company vehicle and ensure tools are in working order

    Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication

    Qualifications:

    1–2 years of residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred

    EPA 608 Certification preferred.

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight or elevated areas

    High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

    Stand, kneel, or climb ladders for extended periods

    Tolerate heat, cold, and confined spaces during service calls
