Job Summary:
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within our property. You will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal environmental conditions for our residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance techniques, and troubleshooting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspection, cleaning, and adjustments to ensure proper function and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC issues, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
- Install new HVAC units and systems as needed, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts and labor.
- Respond promptly to service requests from residents and management regarding HVAC issues.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.

Physical Requirements:

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, or emergency on-call shifts as needed.
