    TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the leading Commercial & Industrial HVAC Manufacturers Representatives within Illinois. Our client is very well established, and this person would be working with an established customer base, there would be no “cold calling”.

    They represent 20+ top-of-the-line manufacturer products and are looking for an HVAC Sales Rep with at least 2 years of experience in the industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers while supporting long-term business growth.
    • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates, quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for HVAC projects.
    • Review construction drawings, project specifications, and addenda to prepare complete and accurate bid submissions.
    • Provide guidance, product recommendations, and support to customers, demonstrating a thorough understanding of product features, capabilities, and limitations.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Prepare project submittals and process customer orders from release through completion.
    • Monitor order status and provide customers with timely updates.
    • Coordinate shipping information, expedite deliveries when necessary, and assist with shipping discrepancies and warranty claims.

    Preferred Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the HVAC industry.
    • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering.
    • Bachelor's degree is an asset; in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline will be considered an asset
    • Strong understanding of HVAC system design, functionality, and applications.
    • Knowledge of sales processes, customer support, technical consulting, and account management.
    • Proficiency with computer applications and web-based software platforms.
