    HVAC New Construction Installer

We’re expanding and looking for a skilled, experienced HVAC New Construction Installer to join our installation team.

    What You’ll Do

    Install HVAC systems in new custom homes & multifamily construction projects with a high level of quality and craftsmanship.

    Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and spec sheets.

    Install ductwork, furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, air handlers and ventilation systems according to local codes and company standards.

    Work closely with builders, superintendents, and other Alta Air team members to keep projects on schedule.

    Perform jobsite walkthroughs to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and safety.

    Train or mentor junior installers when needed.

    What We’re Looking For

    8+ years of HVAC new construction installation experience required.

    Strong understanding of duct design, airflow, and equipment placement.

    Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced build environments.

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

    Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
