Air Shield Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and energetic HVAC
Outbound Appointment Setter. We want someone who can help us grow our business by
connecting with potential customers over the phone. If you are a driven self-starter with a
friendly and professional phone demeanor, we encourage you to apply!

What you’ll do:
● Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.
● Generate new sales leads and set appointments for our sales and service teams.
● Follow a prepared script, adapting it to the specific needs of each customer.
● Engage with customers to understand their HVAC needs and effectively explain
how our services can benefit them.
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
● Handle customer questions and concerns professionally

What you’ll bring:
● Proven Experience: Prior experience in outbound appointment setting
environment is preferred but not required.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear
and a confident speaking voice.
● Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
● Resilience: Motivation, persistence, and resilience when handling customer
objections.
● Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
