We are currently seeking a reliable and organized office worker to join our small in-home HVAC company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, wants to grow with the company, and can manage day-to-day office tasks with professionalism, a positive attitude, and enjoys dogs. Needs to communicate effectively with clients and technicians at all levels. Needs to juggle multiple schedules. Staying on top of daily and long-term plans. Strong organizational skills are crucial to prevent work from piling up.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and record keeping.
Answer phones, take messages, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Assist with client communications.
Maintain organized office systems & supplies
Scheduling and dispatching technicians
Managing customer communications
Handling billing, invoicing, and payments on system programs (quick books and service fusion)
Maintain inventory and make monthly payments to venders
Preparing documents on word
