HVAC Operations Manager– Renton/Tukwila/Bellevue Corridor, WA

We're seeking a seasoned HVAC Operations Manager—someone who can lead from the field and oversee backend operations. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on HVAC technical work with operations leadership (dispatch, logistics, inventory, training, scheduling, and customer success). You’ll report directly to the Owner and help scale the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations and technician dispatching

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex residential HVAC service

Manage inventory, parts orders, fleet, tools, and job costing

Mentor junior techs and enforce safety and quality standards

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team training

Work with software systems (ServiceTitan or similar)

Track KPIs and support strategic business decisions

Requirements

5+ years HVAC experience; 2+ years in a leadership or senior tech role

WA 06A or 06B electrical license preferred

Familiar with scheduling, dispatch, and service workflow tools

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven track record in building high-performance teams

Sales and customer service experience is a plus
